- The return process begins upon the delivery of the product to us and is valid for 14 days following the invoice date.
- If any opening, deterioration, breakage, damage, tearing, use, or similar condition is detected on the product or its packaging, or if the product cannot be returned in the same condition as it was delivered to the customer, the product cannot be accepted for return and the payment cannot be refunded.
- In shipments made in compliance with the return conditions, the shipping fee shall be paid by the customer.
- Products to be returned must be delivered to us by the cargo companies we work with.
- You may return the purchased product(s) within seven (7) days from the delivery date, provided that the product has not been damaged or used and its resalability has not been compromised, by stating the reason for the return.
- The return process begins upon the product reaching our company. Regarding damaged or defective products returned, the consumer will be informed via email or phone following the inspection and approval to be carried out within the first 7 days after the delivery date.
- The completion of transactions related to returns made in accordance with the return conditions and the transfer of the amount you paid to your account or credit card takes an average of 3 business days.
- Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, that have been used, damaged, or are in any other similar condition are strictly not accepted. Returns must be made with the invoice, the original packaging, and the contents of the product.
- The return conditions are also detailed in the distance sales agreement you signed when purchasing the product.
Right of Withdrawal:
The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 7 days from the delivery of the product subject to the contract to themselves or to the person/organization at the address indicated. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be notified by fax, email, or phone within this period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of Article 5. In the event that this right is exercised, it is mandatory to return the original invoice along with a copy of the cargo delivery receipt showing that the product delivered to a third party or the BUYER has been sent to the SELLER. The product price shall be refunded to the BUYER within 7 days following the receipt of these documents. If the original invoice is not sent, VAT and any other legal obligations, if applicable, cannot be refunded. The shipping cost of the product returned due to the right of withdrawal shall be covered by the SELLER.
We undertake that the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods or services within seven days from the date the goods were received or the contract was signed, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason, and that we will take back the goods from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the seller or provider.
Pursuant to the General Communiqué of Tax Procedure Law No. 385, in order for return transactions to be carried out, the relevant sections of the invoice with a return section that we have sent to you must be filled in completely, signed, and sent back to us together with the product.
