Data Sharing Smyrna Pet may transfer personal data belonging to Users and new data obtained by using such personal data to third parties whose services are utilized within the scope of the Website, limited to the purpose of providing such services.   • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
  • Request that the correction, deletion, and destruction operations carried out in accordance with the relevant legislation be notified to the third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against the person themselves by means of analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages in the event of suffering a loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
The User may submit the above-mentioned requests through the methods set out in the Data Subject Application Form. Smyrna Pet may provide its reasoned positive/negative response in writing or through digital means. As a rule, no fee shall be charged for the necessary transactions related to the requests. However, if the transactions require a cost, a fee may be charged over the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board pursuant to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law. The User undertakes that the information subject to this Privacy Policy and provided by the User to Smyrna Pet is complete, accurate, and up to date, and that they will immediately update such information in the event of any changes. Smyrna Pet shall bear no responsibility in the event that the User fails to provide up-to-date information. The User acknowledges and declares that in the event they submit a request that results in Smyrna Pet being unable to use any of their personal data, they may not be able to fully benefit from the services committed to them by Smyrna Pet, and that all liability arising in this context shall belong to them. Data Retention Period Smyrna Pet shall retain the personal data provided by the User for the duration of the services provided, for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from the nature of the services it offers. Data Security Measures, Commitments, and Liability Smyrna Pet, under the conditions determined in the relevant legislation or expressed in this Privacy Policy, commits to taking the necessary technical and administrative measures and conducting the necessary audits to ensure:

In the event that links to other applications are provided on the Site, Smyrna Pet bears no responsibility for the privacy policies and content of those applications.
